and yes, vanilla beans are SO expensive, ridiculous.
LOL.. Now this is something I would do. Great job!
P.S. I get my Vanilla Beans on Ebay from organic-vanilla, they ship fast and the beans are very fresh. or, if you get lucky, you might be able to find them at Marshalls (if you have one by you) I got a "vanilla extract kit" (3 beans in a bottle with a wire snap seal) for $5!
Is baking on the weekends really a horrible habit? Great idea to cut up cheesecake into sticks!
